We ship during our business hours Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery.
All orders placed by 7am (PST) Monday through Friday will ship from the warehouse within 5 business days of the order date. During high volume sales, fulfillment may be delayed. tncet.shop is not responsible for carrier delays and cannot refund express shipping charges for orders completed within the fulfillment period. Please keep this in mind when selecting express delivery at checkout.
